Privacy policy
How we handle your information. No tracking, no ads: we only use what you send us to reply.
1. Who we are
D&O Lab, the web studio of D&O Business Consulting Enterprises Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is responsible for this website. For any privacy question, write to info@dobusinessconsulting.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and the details you choose to share. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your request. The form is processed by our web host, Netlify.
- Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and answers to schedule the meeting. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
- Technical data: like any website, our host keeps short-term server logs (IP address, browser type) to run and protect the site.
We never sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
3. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only store a few small settings in your browser so the site works properly: your language, page transitions, whether you closed the cookie notice.
Calendly sets its own cookies only when you open the booking window. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is sent to Google when you visit.
4. Where your data is stored
Our service providers (Netlify for hosting and forms, Calendly for bookings, Google Workspace for email) may store data in Canada, the United States or other countries, under their own security and privacy commitments.
5. How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details only as long as needed to answer you and follow up on your request, then delete them.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to info@dobusinessconsulting.com.
These rights come from Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Quebec’s Law 25 for Quebec residents) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
