Founder

Adrien Vanderheyden

Adrien began his career working with music labels, where he looked after the e-commerce side and the websites of their artists: online stores, artist sites and the digital presence that turns an audience into customers.

He holds a degree in e-commerce and web development, and has spent his career at the crossroads of design, technology and sales.

Originally from Belgium, Adrien left everything behind to settle in Toronto with one goal: help businesses and organisations build a stronger, more modern digital presence. He founded D&O Lab to make that possible, faster and at a fairer price.

Dario Dibennardo

A multilingual world traveller, Dario has experienced many cultures and studied at prestigious institutions in Italy, the United States, England, Switzerland and Canada. These experiences shaped his global outlook and his passion for business and cultural exchange.

With an international network spanning many countries, he helps businesses expand their reach, open new opportunities and build meaningful connections. As CEO of D&O Business Consulting, he builds strong partnerships that drive growth and create value across industries.
